March Highlights
Just a short note to give you a few updates.
First let's talk about the Kaffe Fassett Mystery Quilt. I contacted Free Spirit today and I have verified that our order is being pulled and packed today. I should have the first month's kit in hand late next week. I will post a note on the website that the kits are available for pick-up as well as send out an email. For the kits I will be mailing, I will need to confirm payment and shipment details so we can process your order promptly.
Next, I just checked in Edyta Sitar's latest collection - Sequoia. This is a beautiful collection and I'm sure that this is a must have for Laundry Basket fans. Precuts will not ship for this collection until the end of March and I have already reordered some of the fabrics.
Sequoia Collection
I have received several calls about V and Co's Ombre Metallic Dot collection. I have placed an order for the collection, but it is in reprint and will not be available until May. I have ordered yardage, FQ bundles, and jelly rolls.
The store is bursting at the seams with new collections and more are coming in every day. Be sure and check out the "New Arrival" section on the homepage of the website.
Thread Bear Fabrics
I have several new basic fabrics in stock - Simply Neutral from Northcott, new Moda Muslins, and many many more. In addition due to popular request, we will start receiving monthly orders of Benartex's Fossil Ferns. The entire collection should be in the shop by the end of the year.
Regarding threads, I am in the process of checking in a new longarm thread collection from Lecien - tsu mu gi. This thread collection should be on the shelf late next week.
I hope you will get to visit the shop soon. Joseph and Randy have been moving fabric around so we can continue to reorganize the shop.
Finally, I have added a new section to the website - "Coming Soon". I have posted the first future collection - Wisdom. This will be a Block of the Month that will start in August. Right now you can only view the collections that are on order. As soon as I have more information on the BOM, I will have it available for pre-registration.
