Precut Clearance
2021 is now history and I for one am very happy about it. Some years are ones you just do not want to revisit. I am hoping that 2022 brings many great things. I'm hoping that we have good health and happiness this year.
Over the holidays Randy and Joseph worked very hard to reorganize the fabrics. They made a lot of progress, but not enough to get all of the inbound fabrics on the shelves. One of our goals this year is to have all of the fabric shelved for better viewing. This will be a challenge, but one will be work toward achieving.
Randy would be very happy for some fabric to find a new home this year. To help Randy achieve this level of happiness I started a new series of markdowns. To view all the recent collections that I have reduced go to the webstore's home page and scroll down. I will be adding more as the month goes along. In addition, Randy has added quite a few bolts to the $4.99 Final Clearance table. Be sure and check out these tables as they have some really great fabrics.
Also in trying to increase Randy's happiness level, this week's sale will be 20% off precuts. We have lots of precuts to choose from and it is time to say goodbye to some of them. The precuts are already marked off the Suggested Retail Price, so another 20% makes them a really good deal. We are working to find a new way to display the precuts and a few less would make this task much easier. (Online customers use coupon code Happy22 for the 20% precut discount.) Pre-cut will be on sale until end of day on Friday, January 14th.
2022 will be full of challenges for the shop. I will be working remotely for a couple of weeks after my surgery. I am leaving the shop in goods hands in my absence, but some items may be delayed such as getting new product onto the floor. Some products are still being delayed from our vendors due to shipping issues, but the goods are arriving more timely.
One of the challenges that 2022 is bringing is price increases. I have received emails from most of the fabric manufacturers to expect price increases with upcoming shipments. These increases are not limited just to fabric but to most products made for quilters. We are mindful of the impact and will continue to strive to offer you value and service.
In closing we have great expectations of 2022. We hope that we can continue to service the needs of our customers. We know that without you there is no Thread Bear Fabrics. We appreciate your business and we look forward to seeing you in 2022.
