Christmas and Year End Sale
Dear Quilting Friends,
13 days until Christmas! Every year at this time I always wonder where did the time go? We will blink and it will be Christmas and then New Year's Day. I'm not sure that I am ready to for 2023, but I need to start thinking that it will soon be another new year. In some ways I will be glad that 2022 will be coming to a close. I had three surgeries this year and since I am still in a cast now and unable to put weight on my right foot, they are still in the forefront of my mind.
I want to thank everyone for the the thoughts and prayers that have been sent my way. Tina, Joseph, and especially Randy have picked up the workload that I have left due to being out. While I have tried to work some behind the scenes, it has been a tremendous burden for them to carry on in my absence.
I will give you a brief update where I am. My "soft" cast was removed last week and replaced with a dark blue hard cast (had to go Cowboys blue in Randy's honor). I will go back to the doctor on the 20th and I will have a CT scan to see if the fusion took and to check on the status of the recovery of the ankle and the replacement. I am hoping for a boot by Christmas and that would be another step forward in my recovery. Full recovery will take nine months, but I hope to start "visiting" the store for a day or two a week in January.
Now enough of that. Have you been good this year? I have been going through the website and marking down lots of collections - up to 30% off! I still have about 11 categories to go through, but I am making progress. I knew we had a lot of fabric in the shop, but going through the site it has really hit home - especially since not all of the fabrics are online.
Now while there are lots of great deals in the shop with the markdowns, I am going to sweeten the pot. Now until midnight New Year's Eve, I am giving you another 15% off with coupon code Joy22. (Does not apply on contract items.)
I have a lot of new collections that I have not been able to process into inventory since I have been out, but I hope to start uploading some of them very soon. We have some changes in the works that we will discuss soon, but for now I want to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and a joyous and Happy New Year. I hope to see everyone soon and want to thank you for supporting Thread Bear Fabrics throughout the years. Thank you for being our customers, but more importantly our friends.
May the joy and blessing of the season be yours.
Happy Holidays and Happy Quilting,
Janet & Randy
